We really hope you fell in love with your NINA handmade bag the moment you opened the delivery box! But if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging and tags attached. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.

Your NINA bag is custom made at the time of order and it might require up to 14 calendar days to be crafted. We’ll do our best so that your bag reaches you the soonest possible and for this we’ll keep you posted on the progress of your order.

Some bags, however, might already be in stock, and therefore you will be notified for immediate delivery.

We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within Greece.
